Exchange and Return Policy
At Sunbul, we always strive for your complete satisfaction with your shopping experience. Therefore, we have established a flexible and clear exchange and return policy for both store and online orders.
First: If you purchase from a showroom
You can return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Submit the original invoice with the item to be exchanged or returned.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and have its tag attached.
- Ensure that the purchase date falls within the specified period.
- Exchanges are allowed only once, for a different size or color.
- Exchanges only include items listed on the original invoice. Any additional purchases require a new invoice.
- Any product purchased as part of a package cannot be returned separately.
- For your safety, some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: accessories, swimwear, cosmetics, and underwear (basic) .
- If purchased from the website, shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable when executing an exchange or return process from a showroom, except for orders that include free shipping.
- Note: Please ensure you receive the invoice from the cashier to ensure the ease of executing the exchange or refund process.
Second: If ordering from the website
We strive to make the exchange or return experience through our online store as simple and convenient as possible.
Exchange and return terms:
- Available period: 14 days from the date of the request.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, without any tags or stickers removed, and not exposed to washing, ironing, or perfume.
- All products are returnable and exchangeable except: accessories, swimwear and underwear (basic) .
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product , please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to complete the exchange or return process at no charge. After this period has elapsed, we will no longer be able to accept your return or exchange request.
- The customer bears all shipping costs in cases of exchange or return.
- Refunds cannot be made within branches for customers who used installment services (Tabby, Tamara, MISPay) or gift cards.
- When ordering from the (buy one get one free) offer, all items must be brought when returning or exchanging.
Recovery methods:
1. Visit one of Dar Sunbul branches, bringing the original invoice.
2. By shipping the products to our warehouses in Riyadh for a fee of 29 riyals, after filling out the form through the following link: https://yamm.sa/
Note: Refunds will be issued after the products arrive and are inspected by the relevant team. The process takes from one to 30 working days .
Refunds for Tabby, Tamara, and MISPay customers:
Replacement methods:
1. Visit one of the branches with the parts to be replaced and the original invoice.
2. Ship the parts to our warehouses through the following link : https://yamm.sa/. Then, contact customer service via WhatsApp 920002084 and provide the following information:
o Order number
o Part codes to be replaced
o Reason for replacement
o Product images
- Refunds can be completed using the same payment method used, or through payment providers such as Tabby and Tamara , according to their approved policies.
Important notes:
- The return shipping policy is valid for 3 business days from the date of issuance. If the shipment is not delivered within this period, the order will be considered canceled.
- The replacement process may take up to 28 days after receiving the product.
- Basic order shipping, return shipping, and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable , except for orders eligible for free shipping.
If the customer does not receive the shipment, they will be charged a shipping fee of 29 riyals. The remaining amount will be refunded after the shipment is received and the fees are deducted. The refund process takes from one to 30 business days.
Shipping and exchange fees:
- Return fee: 29 riyals
- Replacement fee: 58 riyals (includes shipping the part to us and returning the new part)
Gift Card Return Policy:
- Products paid with a gift coupon will be returned by shipping them back to our warehouse.
- The amount will be refunded in the form of a credit equal to the order value (one-time use coupon).
- No cash refunds will be issued, and it is the customer's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the coupon.
For customers outside the Kingdom:
- Sorry, exchange and return services are currently unavailable to our customers outside the Kingdom.
